The marshmallow center is so soft and pillowy, it almost doesn't feel like a protein bar. I love how the caramel and chocolate coating balance the sweetness, and the crispy bits on top add a fun texture.
The marshmallow center is surprisingly light and airy, almost like biting into a cloud. The chocolate coating with those crispy bits adds a nice crunch without being too hard
The caramel drizzle and peanut bits give this bar a nice crunch that actually makes it feel like a dessert, not a protein snack. Even after sitting in my bag for a few hours, the marshmallow center stayed soft and the chocolate coating didn't melt.
