Barebells 프로틴바 - 쿠키 & 캐러멜

The cookie and chocolate center tastes way more like a real dessert than I expected from a protein bar, and the milk chocolate coating actually snaps when you bite it. I keep one in my gym bag for after workouts and it kills the candy craving without the sugar crash.

The salted caramel layer is what makes these work for me, that little bit of salt keeps the whole thing from tasting too sweet. I keep one in my gym bag for after workouts and the milk chocolate coating doesn't melt everywhere like I worried it would.

I expected a chalky protein bar and got something closer to a candy bar — the milk chocolate coating actually snaps when you bite it, and the cookie-flavored center doesn't taste artificial at all. Twenty grams of protein and it still feels like a treat.
