The marshmallow center is so soft and pillowy, it almost doesn't feel like a protein bar. I love how the caramel and chocolate coating balance the sweetness, and the crispy bits on top add a fun texture.
The marshmallow center is surprisingly light and airy, almost like biting into a cloud. The chocolate coating with those crispy bits adds a nice crunch without being too hard
