Barebells 檸檬起司蛋糕

I was skeptical about a lemon protein bar but the white chocolate coating with those little crispy bits won me over. The nougat is genuinely soft, not that chalky texture you get with most bars, and the lemon filling is tart without being sour candy-level.

That tangy lemon filling against the creamy cheesecake nougat is such a good combo, and the white chocolate coating with the crispy bits gives it a nice crunch. I keep one in my bag for after the gym and it actually tastes like dessert, not a protein bar.

I expected the white chocolate coating to be too sweet, but it balances the tangy lemon filling nicely. The crispy bits on top add a nice little crunch, and with 20g of protein this has become my go-to afternoon snack.
